Draw round your hand on 5 different coloured pieces of paper.

Then cut the hands out. Ask a grown-up for help if you need it. You can just cut a circle round the whole hand if that’s easier.

On white card, draw or write 5 different ways of showing love or kindness. Cut them out into circle or square shapes that will fit onto the palm of your paper hands.

Stick one of your ideas on to the palm of each of the coloured hands.

Glue the tips of the first and second finger and stick them to the underneath of the next hand. Look at the photo to see where to stick.

When you have finished it should make a circle.
