The idea of today’s Sports & Fitness zone is to have moments of high energy workout, then moments of peace, just like in today’s story. So, find your favourite song and put it on, or you can use some of the Kidz Klub songs, just click on Extra Bits at the top of this page.

Try these exercises:

  • Run on the spot for 2 minutes, then 1 minute rest.

  • Star jumps for 2 minutes, then 1 minute rest.

  • Squats for 2 minutes, then 1 minute rest.

  • Can you come up with your own exercises?

Or you could try this ZUMBA style workout that we've done in Kidz Klubbercise before.

After that have a long rest: Find a nice calm song to listen to, we recommend Who You Are by Bright Ones, which we used at Kidz Klub last year.

Lie down on the floor on your back, take some deep breaths and listen to the music.
